Yeah i have the same issue, i did everything to get off of Fort Joy island, but i can't leave the island so i can't actually play the game. I realize this is early access and the game's first day out on steam, but technically speaking the game is broken, not very flawed (which it is because of early access) but much literally, broken. I hope this bug is fixed soon because if it isn't resolved soon. Word will spread, and it won't be pretty. Hell it might even be able to keep people away, which would be a real shame since this game and the series is just so fun and addictive.
