The cursed ring probably has an NPC of which can remove the curse off of fort joy.
Checked everyone on the map, nobody wants it. Perhaps it and that elven pendant quest are indeed prepped for Act II.
Idk about the teleporter, I'm pretty sure once he's across that is the end and it either just doesn't update correctly or there really is more and it just doesn't work.
You can actually find Gawin's body in the torture room, he didn't run far. But the quest still doesn't close even after the party is out of Fort Joy.
The dragon you need to talk to him, smash pillars, talk to him, agree to find the witch, kill her, bring him the wand, quest succeed.
I revisited the dragon before going to the cave, smashed the pillars but he still said that I bit more than I could chew and attacked me. Seems like a bug.
