Edit @Dragon: i actually talked to dragon with lizard, which automatically makes them friends. Maybe its the reason, idk.
No, I think I figured out what's wrong here - he aggroes on Sebille if she's anywhere near in his vicinity. I moved her away and he started talking to me. So this is either a bug or an oversight - at least give me an explanation why you're pissed at Sebille.
