Hi there,

Really love the game, especially in coop with my friend. We are big fans of DOS 1 and this one looks promising (especially with all the kickstarters unlocks). However, some MAJOR things should be improved for the game to be a masterpiece :

- Dialogs. Please change our choices from just "Nods and say thank you" to real dialogs and speechs like the first DOS. You tried to let us imagine what our character would say but it doesn't work that great and it makes characters near no personnality....

- Camera. I find in this game the same problems with many games who tried this kind of cameras (Dungeon Siege saga, Neverwinter Nights, etc...). It's awful to rotate right now, you miss so much details and it even bugs a lot, forcing you to double click on your character for the camera to follow him again. It really hurts the game.

- Interactions. Playing in coop with a friend, we have 2 characters each. Problem is, in many times, my 2 characters (the one I created and one we recruited) interacted and talked to each other but never with my friend, even if he is listening to the conversation right next to me. In the first DOS, interacting with your friend was great (give different poitns of views, gain some little effects in social, etc...). It should be improved.

I think it's all for the major things. There is many minor things to improve but it's EA and Beta so we're here to give our thoughts, I know bugs and all will be fixed in the way.

Give your thoughts about my ideas, would be great.

you can play the Dialogs like you where the character like if you play D&D or another pen and peper.

i play coop and it is really good only to decide HOW you say hello (we make the voiceacting in our playthrough btw)

I don't know what you mean about the camera. I think it's easy to rotate with the middle mouse button, and you can change a lot of stuff related to how it moves and how fast in the settings, but no clue if they work. Some of the stuff you mentioned has actually been confirmed will be in the final product. Remember this is Alpha, a lot of stuff is missing. Even more hasn't been completed (dialogues). Enjoy the game for what it is right now and remember that it will improve, mostly watch for bugs and glitches. If later on you still have these concerns then post again, by all means. That's the point of early access.

I would suggest regarding the camera a better zoom out. I felt limited and had to use the arrow keys too much.
I would also suggest a much better minimap. In this one the roads and passages are ambiguous. You could make it more like in the dungeons and with more clearer features regarding ladders and stuff.

Agreed with both. The used the arrow keys to see around things. A lot of times the camera would get behind a tree, or building and I cannot see what is going on until I use the arrows. Need to be able to pull back more.

I'm agree, a better zoom out would be a start for the camera to be more usable.

Which stuff ? Can you give the source ? I searched everywhere and looked at the stream, never had the answers...
