I might have missed something, but I am encountering pigs on fire and the Historian on necrofire and it seems I need to use a spell called Blessing (which I already obtained). So how do I get rid of the source-muted?

You have to get rid of your source collars.

In the prison camp if you win in the arena your main character can get it removed.
And there is a woman in the seeker camp that can remove everyones collar.

One more question, this historian guy when I bless him, the necrofire won't disappear. What can I do against it?

I can't seem to remove the curse from the pigs - I cast Bless on them, but nothing happens. Well, the fire disappears and they run off, but when I talk to them via Pet Pal, they still complain about being cursed ...

For the historian, cast blood rain on him, then bless him while he's in the blood.

The pigs, when you bless them, the necrofire turns into fire, which will burn out eventually. They run away, I'm assuming happy that they won't be no longer eternally on fire.

Side Note:

If you go to the place near where the ice dragon was being held, you can find a pig later on named "Feder"

Using the pet-pal skill, you can talk to her about her day, which involves her explaining that she was on fire earlier, until a stranger came by and "eased her pain."

So, I guess just blessing them and making them run off is all you need to do.
