Biggest complaint about final battle was its ease. I'm hardly the first person to observe this but just for clarity my partner and I play on Tactician mode and the battle unfolds like this:

See the box and approach and then wrap around behind it. Suddenly VOID DRAGON pops down on our heads *gasp*. We are ready for a big fight and we see him summon void spawn and hit Astarte with a range attack.

Now it's my friend's turn. He casts drain willpower and soulsap(scroll) and slow on the dragon. Then he casts Oath on my character and ends his turn. My turn I hit rage, power stance and use flurry. Void dragon dies..... wat?!?! Is this his first form? NOPE - Game over.

The highest difficulty setting with the strongest boss dies on the very first turn....Why did we even collect all these spells and gear? We had a huge stockpile of scrolls and potions with all sorts of contingency strategies ready to go. ONE ROUND?

I honestly loved the game as did many of my friends but the difficulty was a huge let down. I'm going to go ahead and feature request a HARD difficulty for DOS2 or if by any crazy miracle for DOS1. Give the enemies more AP and higher initiatives AND FOR THE LOVE OF SOURCE some more hit points. You should not design an end encounter that is so easy on your hardest difficulty. Doing so indicates that you either don't understand your own game (mechanics or limits). Have some humility and go to the community if you need help balancing, we can assist!

Anyways - more on topic but Zandalor and Icara fighting with us near the end was sort of interesting but should have been an option? (maybe it was but we missed it)
