Yes I have noticed this as well. Its very annoying and I do hope it is just an alpha thing that will get adjusted before release.
Especially sneaking and stealing things the delay is a huge buzzkill.
On a side note, I have noticed that the keybinding to loot a crate/body doesn't seem to work. I haveto manually klick the button on the crate.
