When you have your Journal open, select a quest on the left panel, then click the "Archive" button on the bottom right panel (odd location and easy to miss). You can view archived quests by toggling between active and archived quests at the top.

I didn't realize until near the end when I got a Radom shield that had a 1% block chance that the all the shields I had been using didn't actually give a block chance! Shields should all have a block chance as a benefit and be more than a stat stick. And as others have said, a clearer tooltip that it causes 1 handed weapons to need 2 AP to attack.
