I'm all for "setting the stage" before a battle. But it should at least be challenging. You should sneak, use walk in shadows, invisibility potions and set the stage.

But just chatting up one member and then you 3 other party members set the stage without any sneaking, well that is just too easy.

The last battle I almost one shotted the entire alexander party by gathering every barrel and having a chain reaction of explosions around the camp.
