How many of you guys have done it without exploiting it, rather, instead have sought out to make the worm and Magisters attack you without splitting up?
Um... me, I guess. A few failed attempts at splitting didn't work so I sent my entire party through the front gate, and when the battle triggered, I Teleported Alexander as far away as possible, then ran everyone away. This pulled all but 2-3 of the enemies to follow. The Mage and Ranger always stay behind and don't follow, which seems like an AI glitch to me. Without their support, I could wallop the others down, and the worm shows up and finishes off the Magisters who stay behind.
