Larian Studios Forums Divinity - Original Sin Divinity - Original Sin - Technical Issues [Solved] OSX El Capitan Won't get past splash scr

Hi

Downloaded D: OS (EE) today on steam on my macbook pro with El Capitan 10.11.6.

When I attempt to start the game in steam it shows the splash screen where it says "DIV EE".

After a while of nothing happening it just closes. No error message or anything. According to the splash I am running 2.0.119.430 of the game.

I have tried:

- Rebooting
- Logging out of Game center
- Verify integrity cache in steam
- Praying

Please help! I goddamn love this game and I want to play on my travels and finish be4 I buy the next one :)
