If that all the bonus gave....that's not really enough in my opinion
A damage bonus would be nice and maybe some armor and stats? It's suppose to make up for a full party soaking up and dishing out damage, yes? Assuming it doesn't give you a good amount of extra level up points that is....in which case I could live with it sorta depending on how many combat ability pints it gives.
