Larian, if you're reading this, this is just the vocal minority. Don't listen to them. Most people are expecting NPCs to behave exactly like the cheese vendor for Classic, and if NPCs do not have radiant dialogue and inventories filled with cheese for sale, then this game will be a massive letdown for the majority of the community.
