So I am not going to long wind things, simple lists.

Yays!

Yay 1 - Classic mode is very very hard. This is yay.

Yay 2 - Larian ♥ you added long hair and softer female faces.

Yay 3 - Yay 2 deserves 2 yays so yeah. ♥

Yay 4 - NPC personality, Every single NPC I interacted with
I felt had their own story and just neat. So far
the crab on the beach is my fav ~^_^~

Yay 5 - The new AP system , much easier for battle.

Yay 6 - Physical and Magic armor meters. I enjoyed this
greatly, specially when I found I can learn spells
to fortify and arctic barrier my people to give them
more Physical armor and Magic armor.

Yay 7 - All the options, the quests don't feel one sided..
I kinda felt like I could be evil if I wanted to.

Yay 8 - The dark story! I forgot to add this one.

Okay now to the ohs.. these were things that kinda bummed me out.

The ohs

1. Npcs searching pockets every time you steal. ugh.

2. Not much loot to be had, so it made the fights in classic
mode really hard. which hard is fine, but..I'd like a lil
loots >.<

3. no clothing dye option.. I was stuck in a dark blue top
and a mustard yellow skirt...No ;_; not a good look.

4. No ability to at least customise a second character
to bring with you. I know it won't ever be an option..
but it made me sad, I miss it.

Overall the game is simply amazing. it held my attention for 6 straight hours in my play session I just ended. I was not bored even for a second.

My wishes for the game.


1. easy to use modding tools.
(for dumb people like me who get confused by code)

2. A respawn option for enemies / possible random
random respawn table with it

3. Level scaling option, so we can set our own creations or
mod the base game to scale with player level.

4. Corpse remove option or corpse clean up timer.

5. for you to look below into the magical mist get hypnotized and fulfill my wishes *I can dream!*

........I....I just can't help but always find most of your posts, I see, adorable and bringing a small internal chuckle to my face Hopefully the devs give you all the editor tools you ask for. More tools for modders is always a good thing!

Yay! spreading good vibes is what I try to do on here. Have my fingers crossed on the wish list...\o/ +1 for more modder tools. I hope the mod scene booms on this game.

Oh and I know my respawn level scale thing usually gets super negative feedback. so let me explain why I want it.

I would like to make a tiny world for me and 3 friends. Where we don't have to rush rush forward. if we want to take a day and just kill gators on the beach and chill. Well it won't hurt anyones game. Level scaling same thing. If we want to level up on the beach a bit and have the enemies scale along. It won't hurt anyone else ^_^.

Thought of another wish to go along with the respawn and level scaling. Open ended. meaning once you complete the story you can still stay around in game and fight stuff.

Oh oh and respawning loot containers with random loot tables @_@ last one I swear.

haha I kind of figure that's what you're motivations were. And I entirely support that those would be very nice options for more casual play. Hell, I'd love to basically have my character(s) face a zerg rush and feel like the God Emperor himself.

Keep in mind a few problems though:

As you level up, combat difficulty will always goes down cause player made characters will always have more tools than the AI and use them better in a game like this. Remember God Mode at level 20+ in the last games?

Second, you're gonna have a very interesting experience when you go past the intended soft level cap; since the game wasn't designed for a level 30 something in mind. I imagine it'd work like Epic levels in D&D where things just get silly after that point for lolz since the games only intended for 20 originally. Maybe they might even give you a skill creator toolkit? You could creat you're own lolz skills for "Epic" level characters.

Hey, those are some pretty cool pictures in that there post. Nice job vocalizing - I can clearly understand what you are trying to say, and am glad you feel this was about these things. I too would like to see custom character creation return. Also, for what it's worth, I'm getting some good vibes too! You keep doing you.

You can customize other people in your party through multiplayer. All you need is a friend (or friendly stranger) who also has the game who are willing to help you.

1. Start a multi player game, customize the charactes how you like.

2. Start the game, save the game.

3. Leave the game.

Now you have a save file with two customized characters that you can play as a solo adventure whenever you like.

With that said it would be nice if there simply was a siungle player option to customize the other characters.
Perhaps you could even be allowed to jump into a character creation screen for people who join your party?

I have to agree. I stagger in here in my usual mood, having tripped over the chair and the cat while I'm ruminating on disagreeable and argumentative things and I've just spilt my tea on the keyboard and then... there's another upbeat post filled with hearts and floaty things.

Really, I thought NPCs searching your pockets is a good idea. I mean it isn't perfect, and how they rush immediately to you to search you is off, but it doesn't make sense to clear an entire house of loot whilst the owner's back is turned only for him to not notice anything is missing.

Skallewag I have had people join my games before when I accidentally leave them public..they were not nice people @_@ so I am scared to let people in my game again... I might just have to scrape together some money and buy a second copy of Divinity Original Sin 2 and put it on my sisters PC so I can make a second character when I want ^_^.. waiting on this idea though til I find out more about the editor.

This is true! I would feel bad asking for peoples time though. to come make a second character on my game ^_^

So how much time takes that? 5-10 min if well coordinated? You give a list what you want in advance and than we set a time for it? Not sure how the location would affect loading times tough

Oddly enough location seems to be fine for players! I have a friend who lives in Australia and I am in the Northern part of the US. We had no lag issues with me hosting. I was tempted to just post my steam name here. There are so many wonderful people I like on the forums..but then I was like @_@ what if the bad ones see it too. Currently showing my brother in law some videos trying to get him into it ^^

You should only share your name with people you trust, mainly because of manly creepers, they are everywhere.

I don't think there is built in voice chat, but you can always use stuff like Skype, TeamSpeak or the new discord (TS meets Skype, kind of).

I love discord!! I switched from skype to discord. creepers don't bug me.. its the super negative trolls that do.

Yeah, trolls are everywhere as well, that's why I prefer to play with friends, but even they sometimes are pretty trolly. xD

Can't say I'm a fan of level scaling in any form (if anything I would be very favorable to an option to remove levels entirely from the core ruleset and rely just on stats/skills for progression) but then again if it would be just an optional thing for mods I wouldn't complain.

I probably wouldn't play these mods either, but that's just my problem I guess.
