Larian Studios Forums Divinity: Original Sin 2 Divinity - Original Sin 2 - Suggestions and Feedback Speed and Action Points?

So I have looked really hard and I cannot find anything in my characters stats that indicate how to increase their speed or action points. There is a movement stat but that is it. How does one improve speed and action point gain? Or had this not been implemented yet? Either way - that was one of the main things I looked at in the 1st Divinity OS and in the new game I have no clue how to get my rangers and rogues faster :/

There is no way to increase Action points except with Glass Cannon, One Man Army, Warlord and certain skills like Flesh Sacrifice and Adrenaline.

Points into Scoundrel increases movement per AP.

You need to skill Wits if you want more initiative for speed. But at current state leveling up seems to have some bug, making every of those stats less effective, the higher your level ist.
