Battering ram gets bonus from fire and air?
Bow lets you use melee skills and scale them?
Special arrows scale how then!?

Battering Ram deals not only physical damage but also whatever element or extra damage that the weapon implicit has yes.
If you use Battering ram with an elemental weapon like a Staff or Wand ( Wands ) it will be 100% elemental.
Battering ram and Blitz strike are not considered melee skills by the game you can use them while having any weapon equipped.
Special Arrow damage scales with level I guess, but I am not sure..
