Dude,
First act is 30% of the game - all of this "legendary items" was just junk for sale - items in store is way more better.
And you know... i play with hero who have +30 luck! It is a lot of luck dude! In normal game you will have hero with 1-4 luck. It is mean that you will find only 1 legendary item that will be 100% useless for you.
P.S. Luck = Lucky Charm for me)
