25 min later, I have now changed Q to interact, and left click as the second interact button. And waited for like 10 min now I can use left mouse button again... strange things are going on here
When I reload any save I cant use the left mouse button again.
after some testing, I found out that I can use the left mouse button after I trade with an npc
So when I load a game I have to trade with an npc then it works again.
