load times. I'm talking about in the two minutes range to get me from the character creation screen to Fort Joy beach.

What's weird is that it's almost completely fine on the main menu screen. Anything else though... Texture and/or model flickering.

I sometimes even get this when I turn the camera:

Here's my specs:

CPU - Intel Core i5 4200M @ 2.5 GHz (4 CPUs)
GFX Card - Intel HD Graphics 4600
RAM - 4 GB
OS - Windows 7 Professional 64-bit

Not the most optimal setup at all, I know. But I can indeed run the game at a smooth 30 FPS on low settings.
