It's not MY wish. There's a fairly recent interview that mentions it, there are posts and reviews on steam that mention it. Larian is aware, and I myself got into early access because I was led to believe the current dialogue was a placeholder as noted by several of the reviews (I had watched videos beforehand and was thoroughly unimpressed with the dialogue). Later on I found out it wasn't placeholder, it was intended, and now having played through it myself I've got a better grasp on how bad it is.
A lot of people think it sucks. A lot of people think it's fine. Time will tell which group is larger, and whether Larian will change it or not.
I think it's horrid and I discussed why. The two of you can harp on about semantics and VAs all you want, but a lot of people think the second person PC thing is shit, and that's the bottom line. It doesn't matter if you're okay with it. It's divisive at the very least. This is a feedback forum. This was feedback till whatshisface decided to derail it. Good grief.
