Out of curiosity, if you equip Sundering Cleaver at level 2, what is its accuracy compared with equipping a level 2 2-handed weapon. I bet it suffers from the accuracy penalty I noted, although, it will certainly still be better damage per hit.

Neither getting the gold for the axe nor getting there is really an issue, if you know the way.

Thanks to teleport and sneaking you wouldn't even need to have one single fight and could collect many drawing going there over the first floor. You even can rob the drawing out of the ritual chamber if you like and have enough strenght. Place the 'trading' char at the vendor, and you don't even have to worr about overweight. Just sent them to him directly.

My accuracy was actually a staggering 98% on my warrior at level 2 with the axe. The free Str point is HUGE at level 2.
