I'll try to be vague.

I'm sure y'all know of times when you are supposed to fight a big boss and you can't hack it. So I started wandering around instead of walking into a pit of doom, and I found a battle. Turns out that I get the standard "FIGHT" and battle actions of the screen, but all my guys have their icons greyed out and they can't manually fight either.

I tried it a few different ways, but no battle. I really want to get through there, and I'm wondering if it is a NPC related bug.

I want to know that if stuff is uploaded to Larian, if they know when there are difficulties, or I can contact them about one saved game with this issue.

So, how should anyone guess wich fight you are talking about?

If the game crashes, there should be a popup window with an option to add a note and send the crash information. In-game errors do not trigger any kind of automated report function, though. There may be some information included in the gameplay data if you agree to upload it, but that would very likely never be noticed when analyzing the collective data.

You can email a save to supportdos2@larian.com, with a description or link to this topic (or provide a Dropbox or Google drive link, etc).
Each save is a folder in the '..\Documents\Larian Studios\Divinity Original Sin 2\PlayerProfiles\<ProfileName>\Savegames' folder. In Windows Explorer you can zip file(s) and folder(s) by right clicking on it/them and selecting 'Send To | Compressed (zipper) Folder'.

Not a crash per se I guess. Just can't do anything in the battle, seems to be stuck on the millipedes' turn.
