I fought Alexander and killed all of the accompanying mooks, but the Void Worm never spawns. I cannot click the boat to end the act, and there is no final boss for me to fight.
I killed Alexander without initiating dialog, but I did this in the previous patch without issue.
I did practically everything. My whole party is level 9. I even have Gareth and the inhabitants of the shelter urging me to the fight, but everyone is dead.
