Can't move. It doesn't even look like it's my character's turn. Ben's hotbar is all dimmed, like you'd see when it's an enemy's turn.
Sounds like you've discovered an entirely new sort of annoyance! :o
I guess until it's fixed, frequent saves are the best way ahead. Probably the most useful thing I learnt from my time playing Oblivion!
