I was sorting out my inventory when I dragged a resurrection scroll on top of a potion to make them switch places. Well, the scroll just took the potions place, and erased the potion completely. It was within sebille's inventory right after recruiting her.
Also in the skill book, the left pane that says "Skill book manager" or whatever is cut out, it only says "kill book manage" with less than half an S still visible in "Skill"
