Larian Studios Forums Divinity - Original Sin Divinity - Original Sin - Enhanced Edition Stuck at the Very End

So I've collected 16 star stones and I still am unable to get through the gate at the Source Temple (even though it says you only need 14)

I've also noticed the Imp (Zixzax?) has been missing for quite some time. Along with that my homestead hasn't upgraded past the first Elemental Room and Private Chambers.

Having come all this way to run into this game breaking issue has me pretty pissed off. 60 hours of gameplay to get stuck at the very end...

From the entrance to the homestead, head straight up the stairs to the right, and look for Zixzax (check the mini-map for green dots if required). After the first elemental portal the Hall of Darkness should be opened, and if that is where Zixzax is standing waiting for your character to catch up, he can be a little hard to spot with the default camera angle.

Wow, thank you. That would have been useful about 15-20 hours ago since it opened every room but at least I can complete the game now.
