Not all of the clothing shown in the CC is currently available in game either. I'm assuming this is because some work is still required on some outfits in order to get them to mix and match properly (for example I tried fiddling about to get one of the tops to work in game and discovered my character now had an invisible midriff) so I think we'll just have to wait for them to be ready.
