Are you sure you sold the magic lockpicks? Before the 1.31 hotfix, they would break if you used Lockpick while they were in your inventory. If they broke, installing the
patch should put them back into Commander Kratus' desk/table, ready to be re-stolen. If you sold/dropped them, try one of the links in Kiya's post (preferably the
Lost Items post).
