No change. It still stutters and freezes.
I'll keep playing with it, but i think I may be out of luck with the DualShock 3.
I'll see if I can find someone with a newer controller and borrow it.
Update: Plugging the DualShock 3 in via USB seems to fix the issue. It must be a bluetooth problem.
