For example, if I have a character wielding a pair of fire wands, has 2 points in "dual-wielding"(+10% damage), one point in "aerotheurge"(+10% vs magic shields) and one point in "pyrokinetic"(+5% damage on fire attacks), will her wand attacks against magic shields deal 125% of normal damage, or 127%?

I do not think that the elemental damage on wands gets a bonus from points into the associated element.

A valid concern.

Still, what about a character using a fire spell and has 2 points in pyrokinetic and 2 in aerotheurge? is it 130% of normal damage or 132%?

10% to magic shields means 10% of the damage dealt to the magic shield. Damage to magic shield is always separated and shown in purple numbers. (130% -> 10% vs shield -> 13% of the damage as pure shield damage on top)

And I think, the damage of wands gets boosted as well, because it goes for every kind of elemental damage, but I wish they would show it better.

They changed Earth wands to Poison specifically because they do.

It's multiplicative, but the bonuses from weapon style(dual-wielding) and elemental boosts(pyrokinetic) are already calculated beforehand for you and shown in the weapon damage tool-tip.

Essentially, it'll be 110% of the displayed value against shields.
