OP DrunkenTofu addict Joined: Nov 2007	It's been quite a few weeks since I played and I don't remember. When do we get civil points? Is it every 3 or 4 levels? Asking 'cos I'm going to try out another character this round.

Johnny_Devo journeyman J Joined: Dec 2016	You get the starting level 1 civil point, and then one every 4th level. So 4, 8, and presumably 12/16/20
