Dwarves can turn enemies to stone.
Lizards can cast fire without putting a point in Pyromancer.
Humans can,uh, buff the party.
If anything the Human skill just needs to be buffed. It doesn't really have a noticable effect from what I've seen.
I don't think elves are OP.
