I cannot complete the quest i have grail with ater but cannot move door down to cow, picture seem stuck!!!!, or is there another palce to give the animals the water

I don't quite understand - how is the picture stuck? Is her room still locked? Is there something on the ground blocking your way?

No, you have to give her the grail via speech option. Try mouse search, maybe there is an item blocking the way. Can you click on her? Do you see her?

i cannot open door or wall down to the celler where the cow is when i touch the picture nothing happends

Did you move the barrels out of the way?
Have you been in there already? Did you return with the grail?

If so: With which game version did you start to play and at what part of the game did you update? If you had a save fom 1.29 - 1.32, then updated to 1.33, these saves could be corrupt if you have oversaved them. The worlds are resetted then - and access is difficult to several parts.
Please confirm.

Aha thats the problem ,bug in save games how to fix that

Sorry, bad habit of me to edit - read the link, please.
Make a new clean install, check that you have admin right.

Backup older saves in an extra folder.
Delete the game.
Reboot/defragment/reboot
Install CD-ROM (1.29) and 1.34 - the new patch.
No background programs should run during install
don't let the support site fool you, the download info will be updated, the patch is there since 2nd May (10.3 MB).

Then load one of your older saves into the game (1.29 -1.32), NO saves you have made with 1.33.
Play.
