I am currently suffering a pretty big bug i got crippled in a fight once i killed all of those undead and came out of combat i was still crippled like perma crippled

Edit: Used first aid to cure cripple it uncrippled me but it's still trying to applie cripple on me every second this is a pretty messed up bug http://imgur.com/a/6a2OU and pissing me off its spamming my screen every second i even loading a save like a hour before before bug and it just poped up again this is fucked
Other bugs I've encounted so far are the following
1.bugged out controls with the mouse
2.when you die by a element (fire,ice,electric,etc) occasionally you come back to life perma set on fire or charred etc
3.had a bug were i could not move similar to that of the perma cripple bug
4. a few minor glitches here and there
