Eh, doesn't really work.
1) You never know what the insult threshold is - if you go even 1 gold below their pin-point accurate price, they'll get mad at you and you lose all of that mad respect.
2) It makes no sense. But then, it didn't make sense in D:OS 1 either, so you just ended up stealing everything...
