may be wasting time on a troll post but... benefit of the doubt, right?
I can confirm that when you scroll over things in game, such as wits, for a short time it does explain what traits it effects ie critical hit chance. While there could be a better way to explain these things, rather than waiting to get hit with it then reading it, it DOES in fact explain what the stuff does quite clearly... neon may be right here, but in the case that it isn't, maybe this whole thing could have been a download mistake? like the windows showing these things fail to show up since they got lost going through the internets?
the music thing is basically a skin for the music, what do YOU want to hear when you kill something etc?

if the windows are there, then try reading them. If they are NOT there, then redownload it and try again
