I'd actually support ice melting into water, thinking on it, but that'd also lead to the downside of electric water being permanent.
Admittedly, electricity and ice BOTH fading wouldn't be bad, either, but poison and water should stay. But I think Ice shouldn't fade all that FAST, or even not all the time. It soudns like a nightmare to work in, really.
