Sacpor just stood there and took it like a man to die. Wouldn't talk or anything, I guess the unresponsive bug we get during combat does happen to NPCs.
The Librabrian is hopeless. I made it rain, casted bless to make holy water and the necrofire won't go away. Even turned the area full of blessed fire and nothing. The pigs were this way last patch, so at least those got un-bugged.
The librarian needs blessed blood, not just blessing or blessed water/fire, but very specifically blessed blood.
