3.0.31 bug: You kill an enemy and his body stays on the ground so you can loot him. Sometimes when you put your mouse over it and you see the name, the box moves a bit. This does not happen every time, but when it happens it is a bit irritating. I think it happened also in earlier versions of the game.
It looks like the direction of movement is random.
