How do they know exactly who's got Source?

Or do they just ship in people randomly, under the pretext of "Source contaminated"? After all, it could be a good pretext for Alexander to get rid of his enemies.

Ah-hah. I never realized they were called source hounds 'cos they could smell source. I thought they were source infused. Like blood hounds.
