Ehh to me Con isn't useless (getting hit with the nail shot will prove that)
It just has been severely demoted from the first game...
AND... given how the meta works... I'd rather each point of con giving 5% Health... and 1% to both magic and physical armor.
You just end up with more and more and more armor... to the point where even if you were heavily investing in Constitution... your armor will still probably be higher then your health.
In fact it isn't difficult to have armor or magic armor 3 times higher.

It also could be better if your HP bar was bigger... But currently you will likely have more armor than HP.
