I have some questions regarding attribute distribution for builds. Any help is much appreciated!
How do you decide on how to distribute the attributes when creating a build?
Usually you need a main stat like either intelligence, strength or dexterity and some attribute(s) for additional action point like speed. For some builds you also need to put some points into another attribute (like some strength for wearing heavy armour/shields for example).
How do you decide how much you put into the main attribute and how much to use for boosting action points? How do you decide on which level ups to boost the main attribute and on which to boost ap-related attributes? I am unsure how much ap I will need at what level to be viable.
What about additional attribute boosts from gear? Will I either find or being able to craft/blacksmith every kind of item with the desired attribute-bonuses or are there limitations like certain types of items only being available with boots to certain attributes?
In my example, I am building a rather tanky touch-spell mage who wears heavy armour and uses wand/shield. The main attribute is int, but I also need a few points in strength to meet gear requirements and some speed for more action points. Will wearing this gear make a difference regarding possible attribute boosts on my gear or can I get it every way I want trough crafting/blacksmithing anyway?
Or will I end up having items with boosts too all three attributes in an equal manner anyway?
