I'm not sure how helpful it would be to drop in a guy from another system into a totally different system. He'd have to learn the whole current system before he could make educated suggestions.
Frankly, it's also extremely insulting to Larian and basically accusing them of being so hopelessly incompetent that another guy can fix the game they've spent at least two and a half years working on and do it in just a single month, 25-50% of which time he'd have to spend just learning how the current one works.
