More often than not totems simply stand by and pass their turn instead of shooting an enemy directly beside them. Some enemies like the drillworm never get attacked at all, at least for me.
But whenever the worm is tunneling to a new position for the one next round alone all totems fire at the location where the worm was before, hitting the ground ofc.

edit: also forgot to mention the bug regarding the drillworm only happens after he tunneled for the first time.
Seems like movement skills break their AI. The tunneling definately does.

Do you still have a save during the final fight, where this happens?

If so, please email it (or a Dropbox or Google drive link, etc) to supportdos2@larian.com, with a description (or link to this topic).
Each save is a folder in the '..\Documents\Larian Studios\Divinity Original Sin 2\PlayerProfiles\<ProfileName>\Savegames' folder. In Windows Explorer you can zip file(s) and folder(s) by right clicking on it/them and selecting 'Send To | Compressed (zipped) Folder'.

I didn't, but it's easy to reproduce. Send the file with a link to this thread to said mail.

Btw:
have to correct myself slightly, as all actions the worm performs seem to cause this, it only is attacked by the totems if the worm AI screws up the first turn doing nothing but that's quite rare.
