I believe elemental affinity won't reduce AP cost to 0. Can't think of anything else off the top of my head that reduces AP cost. Elemental Affinity is still really good though, especially for hydrosophism and necromancy. Possibly good with a pyro if they have lots of fire resist (phoneix dive a must).
