During my first play through I watched several vid walkthroughs and noticed that the player's Characters had master level skills, but at level 21 I can only get 3 levels any skill. The vids were a bit old, the newest I viewed was done early 2016, so was there a patch or update that changed leveling up or,( and most likely), did I miss something ?
