Bug: Red Prince Is getting 100% crippled near NPC Simone. I am able to cure him with a sleeping bag but, when I try and move him he's 100% Cripple.

If I try to move him I get a pop up saying "Can't Reach"

*Solution I found was removing the Boots Tracks Of The Tyrant - after removing the item, Red Prince was no longer crippled.

Could the item have a bug?

It is not a bug, but a curse. It isn't explicitly stated that there is a curse, but read the item description in the tooltip: it was part of the equipment set worn by Braccus Rex when he was caught by Source Hunters and killed. The effects can be avoided by wearing the full armour set.

The ring isn't necessary. Actually, that is old, and I have not tried it or seen it mentioned recently, so that may have been changed.
