The issue is that the attacks are
1) A Medium Range Health drain that does minor damage. Casters are not frontline, so it is less useful.
2) A Medium attack that shares damage between you and the attacker. You aren't a frontline
3) A attack that makes healing damage the opponent... at touch range.
My thoughts exactly, I would like an extra step on 1 and 2 to allow you to choose a friendly target (10 ydsish?) to receive the mark or healing. Number 3 being touch I'm mixed about because it's extremely strong when it is applied already.
