Thats frustrating. As i said i didnt like this kind of continuously item hunting or crafting an ididnt at the start of the game. But there was a point in the game ( lvl 6 the crabs in the pirate cave ) where every trash enemy caused a situation that i had to frequently resurect Madora. After refreshing equipment and especially skillbooks (why are they so expensive? Why cant you choose one or two for free if you increase the related abilitie?) the difficultie was reduced to a normal lvl.
I really like the game and especially the turn based combat. But what stops me to immediatly start a new game is the inventory management. Its annoying to invest as much time in clearing the inventory as in really playing the game. I hope the developers did change something regarding the inventory management for Divinity Os 2. Its not oldschool its simply outdated. Other developers choosed much more player comfortable solutions (Pillars) without reducing the complexity of the game.
