Well, what about to get an alliance (with missions etc) with magisters or other factions? it is the tipically alineation with the "bad guys" of a role game, I mean, the storylane only moves in the "good/right" actions.

Anyway, at the end of Act 1 (when you could take the boat for leave the isle), I attacked by mistake to the main NPC quest and after a fight I killed him, so, the possibility of attack and kill "good" NPCs is open...

On Fort Joy you are a prisoner or an escaped prisoner, Off of it you are a danger to society and must be locked up or killed. They are not natural allies.

Agree with Stabbey on that one, + if the magisters need something, they will have one of their puppet do the job... so the only thing you have better than a rat to them is the fact that it gives more body parts for their abominations or you can become one of those soulless muted-servant....

I think there's room for siding with the magisters, but we need to understand their larger goals and motivations more to really say. It seems to me that Dallis is a source user, so her utmost goal isn't eliminating sourcerers, but to use them. If one could prove to be a willing minion to their goals, I could see some higher ups not caring that you're a sourceror.

Of course, it might be impossible to fit a magister playthrough within the context of the rest of the game if the prime motivation is running away from them. There's no point in doing a superficial magister-sided option, where it changes a few dialogs or quests here and there, but the game is fundamentally the same. If Larian hasn't decided from the get go that siding with the magisters is possible, than that's not happening now.
